The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent for various roles across the hypermarket (store staff, supervisors, back-office, etc.). The ideal candidate should have strong communication, sourcing skills, and ability to assess candidates for fit in a fast-paced retail environment.
Full-cycle recruitment: From requisition to offer, for positions at store-level, logistics, supply chain, administration, and support functions.
Sourcing & outreach: Use job portals, social media, employee referrals, campus drives, and networking to build pipelines.
Screening & interviewing: Review resumes, conduct initial phone / video / in-person interviews, coordinate higher-level interviews.
Coordination & logistics: Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, offer letters, documentation, onboarding coordination.
Employer branding: Assist in promoting Rajmandir as an employer of choice – maintain job postings, social media presence, career fairs.
Reporting & metrics: Maintain recruitment dashboards – time to hire, source effectiveness, cost per hire, etc.
Continuous improvement: Suggest process improvements, update job descriptions, keep sourcing pipelines warm.
Proven experience (6–1 year years or as required) in recruitment (especially in retail, FMCG, or multi-branch operations).
Strong sourcing skills – ability to proactively hunt candidate pipelines.
Excellent communication (verbal & written) in English and local language(s).
Good assessment, interviewing, and selection skills.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment software.
Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, handle multiple requisitions concurrently.
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, documentation.
