Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Recruiter to join our team, specializing in the recruitment of delivery executives/partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or gig hiring, and be adept at working towards targets and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing, engaging and onboarding talent directly in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract potential delivery executives through various channels including job fairs, community outreach, BTL marketing activities and networking events.
Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local communities, colleges and organizations to enhance recruitment efforts.
Target Achievement: Work towards specific hiring targets and deadlines, utilizing effective strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of candidates.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to management on hiring progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
Experience: Happy to hire freshers and minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment, preferably in sales or gig hiring roles (Preferred).
Target-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and relationship-building skills to engage with diverse candidates.
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and adapting to changing hiring needs.
Education: Preferably graduate
Language: English & Local language proficiency is a must.
