NLA to LP Recruitment Incentives

(LP = Life Planner)

• 2 LP Recruitments → ₹12,000

• 4 LP Recruitments → ₹32,000

• 8 LP Recruitments → ₹96,000

Criteria: Recruited LP must complete 2.00 Lac EP business.

LP to SLP Recruitment Incentives

(SLP = Senior Life Planner)

• 2 SLP Recruitments → ₹30,000

• 4 SLP Recruitments → ₹80,000

• 8 SLP Recruitments → ₹2,40,000

Criteria: Recruited SLP must complete 2.00 Lac EP + 4.50 Lac EP business.

• 24 Team Recruitments + 1 Personal Recruitment = ₹72,000
