Position: Recruiter
Experience Required: 6 Months to 1 Year

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and clients.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment tracker.

• Understand client requirements and close positions within timelines.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring process.

• Experience using job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• Prior recruitment experience of 6 months to 1 year preferred.
