Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with strong expertise in sourcing candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other job portals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals
Perform resume screening and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews
Manage job postings across multiple platforms
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
Use Boolean search techniques for effective sourcing
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Required Skills
Hands-on experience with Naukri.com and other sourcing platforms
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques (Boolean search, keyword search)
Familiarity with LinkedIn recruiting and networking
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Good understanding of recruitment lifecycle
