Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, sourcing, screening,
interviewing, and selection of candidates for various BPO roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and role
requirements.
• Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, social media, employee
referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial phone/video interviews and coordinate further rounds with stakeholders.
• Schedule and facilitate interviews and ensure timely feedback.
• Prepare offer letters and coordinate joining formalities and onboarding.
• Maintain recruitment databases and candidate pipelines for current and future hiring
needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the recruitment
process.
• Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and progress to management.
