Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) consultants. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates who specialize in MEP design, execution, and consultancy for construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for MEP consultants including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing professionals.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, recruitment agencies, and internal databases.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to evaluate technical background and suitability.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/project teams.

• Maintain a pipeline of qualified MEP professionals for ongoing and upcoming projects.

• Negotiate salary and manage offer rollout and onboarding processes.

• Ensure recruitment is completed within the defined timelines and budgets.

• Maintain recruitment records and generate hiring reports and MIS.

• Build relationships with MEP consultancies, contractors, and talent networks.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in construction, engineering, or MEP hiring.

• Good understanding of MEP roles such as HVAC Engineers, Electrical Engineers, Plumbing Designers, MEP Coordinators, and Project Engineers.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Familiarity with ATS systems, job portals, and LinkedIn recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for construction, real estate, or infrastructure companies.

• Knowledge of MEP project lifecycle and consultancy roles.

• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
