Job Title: Non-IT Staffing Recruiter
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Non-IT Staffing Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for non-IT positions. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates while working closely with clients and hiring managers to fulfill staffing requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client requirements and job descriptions for non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, availability, location, and compensation expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records in the ATS/recruitment database.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate compensation and coordinate offer and joining processes.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for recurring requirements.
Meet daily and monthly sourcing, submission, interview, and placement targets.
Develop talent pools for high-volume and specialized non-IT roles.
Stay updated on local talent availability, salary trends, and recruitment practices.
