Understand client requirements and job descriptions clearly.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, databases, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen candidates based on experience, skills, qualifications, salary expectations, and notice period.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain regular communication with candidates regarding interview status and selection.
Coordinate offer, joining, and onboarding processes.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and daily activity reports.
Work on multiple client requirements simultaneously.
Achieve assigned sourcing, submission, interview, and hiring targets.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.
Strong candidate sourcing and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently while working from home.
Good coordination and time-management skills.
Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment databases.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and candidates simultaneously.
