We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Administrative Executive to support recruitment and handle day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building our team and ensuring smooth administrative functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates to build and expand the team
Screen resumes and coordinate interviews
Maintain employee attendance and records
Handle payroll coordination
Prepare quotations and basic business documents
Manage administrative tasks and office operations
Assist with documentation, reports, and data management
Requirements:
Experience in recruitment / HR / administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint (or equivalent tools)
Good communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Basic understanding of payroll and office procedures
