Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our recruitment team for Paytm Field Sales Executive hiring.

The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating and following up with candidates to ensure successful candidate joining.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, referrals and other recruitment channels.

- Make daily recruitment calls and explain the Paytm FSE job profile, salary, location and responsibilities to candidates.

- Screen candidates according to the job requirements.

- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews.

- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates until joining.

- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.

- Maintain candidate data and daily recruitment reports.

- Coordinate with the recruitment team and reporting manager.

- Ensure maximum conversion from candidate sourcing → interview → selection → joining.

Requirements

- Good communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment portals.

- Comfortable with making a high volume of recruitment calls.

- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can apply.

- Previous recruitment/telecalling experience will be an advantage.
