HR रिकरूटर

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers to close positions within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level positions

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and databases

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers

• Maintain and update candidate data in Excel / ATS / CRM

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation process

• Follow up with candidates till joining

• Maintain recruitment reports and hiring trackers

Skills Required:

• Strong communication & interpersonal skills

• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

• Basic to good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

• Ability to work on targets and deadlines

• Good coordination and follow-up skills
