We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT job market, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record of placing high-quality technical talent. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across a range of IT disciplines, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, and more.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking events.
Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
Stay up to date on the latest trends in IT and recruitment best practices.
Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
Partner with HR and business units on workforce planning and talent strategy.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3- years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.
Strong knowledge of technical roles, tools, and technologies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and a passion for finding top talent.
