We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT job market, strong sourcing skills, and a proven track record of placing high-quality technical talent. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier candidates across a range of IT disciplines, including software development, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data science, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles, from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team dynamics.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and networking events.

• Conduct initial interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

• Stay up to date on the latest trends in IT and recruitment best practices.

• Provide a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.

• Partner with HR and business units on workforce planning and talent strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• 3- years of IT recruitment experience, preferably in an agency or corporate setting.

• Strong knowledge of technical roles, tools, and technologies.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

• High attention to detail and a passion for finding top talent.

• Female candidates are required.
