Job Summary
We are looking for a result-driven HR Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates specifically for the Manufacturing and Banking industries. The ideal candidate must be a go-getter with excellent communication skills, capable of consistently meeting monthly hiring targets.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to final onboarding.
Industry Sourcing: Headhunt and source profiles specifically tailored for the Banking and Manufacturing sectors using job portals, social media, and references.
Target Achievement: Successfully close positions and onboard 5 to 6 selected candidates every month.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face rounds to assess candidates' communication skills, stability, and technical fitment.
Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates until they join.
Job Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum Qualification: Graduate (Any stream) / Undergraduates with relevant experience can apply.
Experience: 0.5 to 2 years of experience in recruitment (Experience in hiring for Banking, BFSI, or Manufacturing/Factory roles is a huge plus).
Skills Needed: • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good negotiation skills and a convincing attitude.
Familiarity with job portals (like Job Hai, Naukri, etc.).
Traits: High energy, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
Salary & Benefits
In-Hand Salary: ₹12,000 to ₹18,000 per month (Depending on experience and interview performance).
