Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating job descriptions

• Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules

• Post job openings across recruitment portals and social media channels

• Work closely with the HR team to shortlist suitable candidates

• Conduct initial background checks and reference verifications

• Support HR operations and administrative tasks when required
