Key Responsibilities :-
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various internal positions in the company.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments.
Prepare and post job descriptions on job portals and other recruitment platforms.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and management.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Follow up with candidates during the interview and selection process.
Ensure timely closure of open positions as per company hiring needs.
Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer discussions.
Support HR team in documentation and onboarding of new employees.
Maintain records of recruitment activities and reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring requirements.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
