Job Description – HR Recruiter
Position: HR Recruiter / Recruitment Executive
Department: Human Resources
Experience: Freshers / 1–2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Responsibilities
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with the hiring team.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and explain job details to candidates.
Schedule interviews with clients or hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Maintain daily line-up, interview, selection, and joining trackers.
Ensure regular follow-up with selected candidates until their joining.
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data.
Coordinate with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Handle candidate queries professionally and provide timely updates.
Ensure there are no communication gaps or unnecessary delays in the recruitment process.
Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
1–2 years of recruitment experience will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude, responsible, and hardworking.

The HR Recruiter will be responsible for achieving assigned recruitment targets, maintaining accurate daily trackers, ensuring timely candidate follow-ups, and maintaining professional coordination with candidates and clients.
