Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment and ensuring timely hiring as per organizational requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand manpower requirements from management and department heads.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial HR screening.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with concerned departments.
Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
Ensure proper follow-up with selected candidates until joining.
Handle onboarding coordination and documentation process.
Hiring Target:
The recruiter is expected to close a minimum of 3 successful hires per month, depending on organizational requirements and open positions.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of the recruitment process and sourcing strategies.
Ability to work under deadlines and achieve hiring targets.
Basic knowledge of HR operations and documentation.
Qualification:
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred).
Prior recruitment experience will be an added advantage.
