A Paytm HR Recruiter manages the full hiring cycle, from understanding needs with managers, sourcing candidates (job boards, social media), screening & interviewing (phone/video), to coordinating interviews, extending offers, and onboarding, focusing on speed, high volume (especially for field roles), and ensuring a great candidate experience using ATS tools. They are strategic partners, driving growth by finding the right talent for roles like Field Sales Executives (FSEs) or tech positions.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing: Posting jobs, mass sourcing (field, referrals, social media), and building talent pipelines.
Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial calls/video interviews.
Coordination: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers, managing the ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive journey from start to finish.
Hiring: Managing offer process, negotiation, and onboarding.
Reporting: Tracking metrics like time-to-hire.
