Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documents.
Coordinate employee joining, induction, and orientation.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Ensure recruitment targets and timelines are achieved.
Coordinate with consultants and recruitment agencies when required.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS reports.
Support HR activities such as employee engagement, documentation, and compliance whenever required.
