Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Permanent Staffing.
Mandatory: Proven experience working within a Recruitment Agency/Consultancy.
Focus: End-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Onboarding).
Source: Identify top-tier talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.
Screen: Conduct rigorous interviews to ensure technical and cultural fit.
Close: Manage the entire interview pipeline and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.
Deliver: Meet monthly placement targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle counter-offer
