Talent Acquisition Specialist (Perm Staffing)

We are looking for a results-driven Recruiter to join our permanent staffing team. This role is built for someone who understands the hustle of agency life and excels at matching the right talent with the right career opportunities.

The Essentials

• Experience: 6 months to 4 years in Permanent Staffing.

• Mandatory: Proven experience working within a Recruitment Agency/Consultancy.

• Focus: End-to-end recruitment cycle (Sourcing to Onboarding).

What You’ll Do

• Source: Identify top-tier talent using LinkedIn, job boards, and headhunting.

• Screen: Conduct rigorous interviews to ensure technical and cultural fit.

• Close: Manage the entire interview pipeline and negotiate offers to ensure successful placements.

• Deliver: Meet monthly placement targets in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise in headhunting and sourcing passive candidates.

• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle counter-offer
