Job Title: HR Recruiter (Fresher)

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome)

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about people, communication, and building careers. You will get hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, and HR operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate fit

• Maintain candidate data, trackers, and recruitment reports

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

• Support onboarding activities and documentation

• Work closely with the HR team on various recruitment drives and hiring campaigns

• Ensure excellent candidate experience during the recruitment cycle

Key Skills Required

• Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

• Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes (preferred)

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT)

Qualifications

• Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferably MBA in HR, but not mandatory)

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience can apply
