JOB DESCRIPTION WITH JOB SPECIFICATION
Job Description
• Design and update job descriptions for various job positions
• Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms)
• Advertising job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally
• Screening incoming resumes and application forms
• Interviewing candidates (via phone, video or in-person)
• Providing shortlists of qualified candidates to respective HODs for Technical/Final round
• Prepare & maintain accurate applicants tracking record
Job Specification
• BBA/MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Experience with full-cycle recruiting
• Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
• Demonstrable leadership abilities
• Solid communication skills
