We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team and manage the recruitment process for our client companies. The role involves sourcing potential candidates, screening and interviewing them, guiding candidates toward suitable job opportunities, and coordinating with clients throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels.

Contact and screen candidates based on skills and job requirements.

Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

Guide candidates for suitable job opportunities.

Share shortlisted profiles with clients and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates and clients for interview feedback.

Maintain candidate records and achieve hiring targets.

Job Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / HSC.

0–2 years’ experience in recruitment; freshers can apply.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of candidate sourcing and resume screening.

Good follow-up, coordination, and multitasking skills.

Ability to identify and shortlist suitable candidates.
