Responsibilities:
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets
Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements are used
Engaging in the Candidate fitment basis internal parity.
Keeping Candidate warm with various engagement till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
