Job Title: HR Recruiter \ Senior HR \ Team Leader – Overseas Recruitment

Industry: Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Facility Management
(BLUE COLLAR & WHITE COLLAR )

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates for overseas positions through job portals, databases, social media and agencies.

• Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements, job specifications and project timelines.

• Conduct initial interviews, assess skills and experience, and match profiles to job requirements.

• Arrange client interviews (online / face-to-face), follow up on feedback and manage selection process.

• Coordinate documentation for visa processing, medicals and travel as per country-specific regulations.

• Maintain candidate database, trackers and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, clients and overseas partners.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in overseas recruitment, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemical or facility management.

• Strong understanding of technical job roles and manpower categories in the above industries.
