Job Summary
Focused on recruitment and talent acquisition, the Recruitment Executive will oversee the entire hiring process—from sourcing to onboarding—for Noble Plus retail stores throughout Mumbai and Pune.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle:
Draft and post job descriptions
Source candidates via job portals, referrals, and campus outreach
Screen resumes and coordinate initial interviews
Handle offer and onboarding processes:
Conduct onboarding orientation, documentation, and induction
Maintain effective candidate communication, scheduling interviews, sharing feedback
Generate recruitment metrics & dashboards: time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, sourcing effectiveness, attrition, etc.
Collaborate with Hiring Managers to forecast current and upcoming staffing needs
Ensure strong candidate experience through timely updates, professional correspondence
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or HR operations
Strong verbal & written communication skills (English / Marathi / Hindi)
Proficient in use of HRIS or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Organized, data-oriented mindset with good interpersonal skills
Preferred local candidate (male preferred, per historical walk-in preference)
Work Details
Working Hours: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week (Sunday off), typically 10 AM–7:30 PM
