We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage our full-cycle recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent across various roles. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and help build a strong employer brand.
Write and post job descriptions on various job boards, social media, and other platforms
Source candidates using databases, social media, and professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews with relevant stakeholders
Manage the candidate pipeline using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the hiring process
Maintain accurate and updated recruitment reports and metrics
Assist in onboarding activities and documentation, if required
Promote company culture and employer brand during candidate interactions
Proven work experience as a recruiter (in-house or agency)
Familiarity with job boards, sourcing techniques, and recruitment software
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
