NLTS India (Neev Global) is a Mumbai-based IT networking and managed security services company. We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Recruiter whose primary focus is statutory compliance and payroll support, while also contributing to end-to-end recruitment. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys keeping records accurate and audit-ready, supporting smooth payroll cycles, and helping build a strong talent pipeline. Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Statutory (Primary Focus)
• Maintain employee and candidate documentation in line with statutory requirements, keeping all HR records organized and audit-ready.
• Coordinate PF / UAN, ESIC, and Professional Tax (PT) details and ensure timely, accurate record-keeping.
• Manage background verification (BGV) documentation and maintain compliance checklists for every hire.
• Support onboarding documentation — offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, ID proofs, and joining formalities.
• Track attendance, leave, and document completeness; flag and follow up on gaps.
• Assist in preparing for internal and client / vendor security and HR audits (e.g., vendor compliance reviews).
Payroll Support (Primary Focus)
• Assist in monthly payroll processing — collating attendance, leave, and inputs for accurate salary computation.
• Maintain payroll records, salary registers, and employee master data with confidentiality.
• Support statutory deduction tracking and remittance coordination — PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS — with the finance team.
• Help generate and distribute pay slips and respond to basic employee payroll queries.
• Reconcile payroll inputs and assist in resolving discrepancies before each pay run.
Recruitment & Hiring
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
• Use job portals, social media, and referrals to find suitable profiles.
• Post job openings and keep listings updated across platforms.
• Conduct initial phone / video screening interviews.
Interview Coordination
• Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Share feedback and track hiring progress through to closure.
Database & Reporting
• Maintain candidate data in an ATS or Excel trackers.
• Build and manage talent pipelines for future requirements.
Onboarding
• Assist in the smooth joining and induction of selected candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in recruitment / HR (internship acceptable).
• Awareness of Indian statutory compliance — PF, ESIC, PT, and TDS basics — preferred.
• Exposure to payroll processing or willingness to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of job portals and ATS preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
• Detail-oriented with a positive, proactive learning attitude.
• High level of discretion when handling confidential payroll and employee data.
