Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports
Ensure smooth onboarding and candidate experience

Qualifications & Skills:
MBA or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field (mandatory)
1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
