HR Recruiter — Roles & Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles. Careers360

• Draft, update and publish job descriptions on relevant job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and the company’s career page. cphrservices.in

• Source candidates from job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and talent databases. cphrservices.in

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates (both active and passive). cphrservices.in

2. Screening & Shortlisting

• Review resumes/applications to shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, and fit with company culture. Careers360

• Conduct initial screening calls or interviews to assess candidates. cphrservices.in

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. velvetjobs.com

• Prepare hiring teams with interview formats and candidate profiles. nepashrm.shrm.org

4. Selection & Offer Management

• Assist in preparing competitive job offers, negotiate terms and follow up with candidates. cphrservices.in

5. Onboarding Support

• Prepare and issue offer letters, employment contracts and onboarding paperwork. nepashrm.shrm.org

6. Recruitment Administration

7. Employer Branding & Outreach
