We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter with a strong focus on building corporate relationships to facilitate successful placement of candidates. This role requires a mix of recruitment expertise and business development skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying placement opportunities, partnering with companies, and ensuring successful alignment between client requirements and candidate profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Tie-Ups & Business Development:
• Identify and approach potential companies for placement tie-ups.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with HR managers, recruiters, and business leaders.
• Pitch placement services and negotiate MoUs or agreements with corporate partners.
• Maintain a database of company contacts and job openings.
2. Recruitment & Placement Coordination:
• Understand hiring requirements of client companies.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, databases, etc.).
• Match suitable candidates to job roles shared by corporate partners.
• Schedule interviews and follow up with both candidates and employers.
3. Candidate Engagement:
• Counsel and prepare candidates for interviews and workplace expectations.
• Track candidate progress post-placement and collect feedback from companies.
• Maintain regular communication with placed candidates for retention and satisfaction tracking.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
• Maintain records of placements, company tie-ups, and job openings.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on placement activities and outcomes.
• Ensure timely updating of recruitment CRM or internal databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment and/or business development (especially in education, staffing, or training industries).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.
