We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sourcing Intern to support our recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone interested in talent acquisition, research, and learning how to build strong candidate pipelines. You will work closely with recruiters to identify talent across various channels and help improve sourcing effectiveness.
Source potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases.
Screen profiles to match job requirements and shortlist qualified candidates.
Assist the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and coordinating communication with candidates.
Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support in creating job postings and distributing them on relevant platforms.
Conduct basic market research to identify talent pools and competitor hiring trends.
Participate in recruitment campaigns and employer-branding activities.
Provide general administrative support to the HR and recruitment team.
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage deadlines.
Basic knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
