About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, screening, and interviewing potential candidates to identify the right talent for our clients and internal requirements.

You will play an important role in building strong talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive recruitment experience for candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with Hiring Managers

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements.

• Understand job descriptions, skill requirements, and candidate profiles for various positions.

• Coordinate throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely closures.

2. Candidate Sourcing

• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, databases, and other recruitment channels.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.

• Identify and engage with potential candidates for current and future opportunities.

3. Screening & Interview Process

• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate interviews and assessments with candidates and hiring teams.

• Evaluate candidate profiles and maintain accurate recruitment records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

4. Employer Branding & Recruitment Events

• Support employer branding initiatives across relevant platforms.

• Participate in job fairs, recruitment drives, and other hiring events.

• Help promote Naukridaddy as an attractive workplace for prospective candidates.

5. Candidate Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates.

• Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

Requirements & Skills

• 0–1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or a similar role.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are welcome.

• Familiarity with job portals, social media, resume databases, and professional networks.

• Hands-on experience or understanding of Bulk Hiring and Full-Cycle Recruitment will be an advantage.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to understand different job roles, skills, and candidate requirements.

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
