Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Executive cum Recruiter to manage recruitment activities and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions within the organization.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and issue offer letters and onboarding documents.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
HR Operations
• Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor employee attendance and leave records.
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Address employee queries and provide HR support.
• Ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements.
• Maintain HR policies, records, and employee files.
• Support performance review and employee feedback processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Work (MSW/BSW), or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR operations.
• Freshers with strong communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of recruitment platforms such as Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and Apna is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Sheets, and basic HR tools.
• Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
