Role & responsibilities
Full-cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for various roles within the organization.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and other creative methods to identify and attract top talent.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Employer Branding: Contribute to the development and promotion of Office's employer brand, both internally and externally.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and market dynamics to enhance recruitment strategies.
Preferred candidate profile
6 Months to -3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with job portals and candidate sourcing techniques.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
Basic understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
