We are looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to help hire the best talent for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment progress
Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
0–3 years of experience in recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing techniques
Basic knowledge of the recruitment process
