HR Recruiter

Recruitment process को smooth और timely बनाना — JD तैयार करने से लेकर final joining तक का पूरा process handle करना, ताकि HR Manager को केवल final screening और strategic decisions पर focus करना पड़े।
Candidate pool तैयार करना, talent pipeline active रखना और सभी updates time पर देना। The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Job Description Drafting & Posting

• Department heads से brief लेकर JD तैयार करना

• HR Manager से approval लेकर सभी job portals, LinkedIn, WhatsApp Groups आदि पर पोस्ट करना

• Design tools (Canva etc.) से simple posters बनाकर job को attractive बनाना
  

2. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Resume sourcing through Naukri, Apna, Indeed, Internshala, LinkedIn etc.

• Resume shortlisting as per JD filters (Experience, Location, Salary, Communication)

• WhatsApp Community Group में सभी incoming candidates को जोड़ना

• Intro call लेकर seriousness और communication skills check करना
  

3. Interview Scheduling & Coordination

• First round interview के लिए candidates को invite करना (call + WhatsApp)

• Daily interview list HR Manager को देना

• Interview feedback sheet maintain करना

4. Candidate Database & Reporting

• Google Sheet/Tracker पर सभी candidates को stage-wise track करना (New, Shortlisted, Rejected, Selected, Joined)

• Weekly report बनाकर HR Manager को देना

• Source-wise performance (कहाँ से अच्छे candidate आ रहे हैं) का analysis देना
  

5. Pre & Post Offer Follow-Up

• Offer letter के बाद candidates से joining confirmation लेना

• Joining से पहले documents collect करना और update देना

• Drop-out cases में back-up candidates तैयार रखना

6. Support in Other HR Activities (if required)

• Employee referral campaign चलाना

• New joinee data HRIS में fill करना
  

Exit interviews में assistance

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Additional skills like sourcing techniques and sound judgment are a must. Candidates must be open to working 6 days working
