Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years in non-IT recruitment preferrably from a consultancy background ,with hands on experience in bulk hiring. Freshers can also apply for this job profile.
Education: Graduation.
Skills: Strong communication skills in Bengali , proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Screening: Identify potential candidates for roles such as Faculty, Animators, Designers, Counsellors, and Sales using social media and various job portals.
End-to-End Recruitment: Handle the entire recruitment life cycle, from posting job descriptions to conducting initial screenings.
Coordination & Communication: Communicate directly with candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process.
Documentation: Maintain MIS reports, candidate databases, and trackers to monitor hiring efficiency.
