Position: HR Recruiter
Location: Ghansoli, Mahape, Navi Mumbai
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

· Source, screen, and recruit candidates for various positions, including Engineers, Designers, Production Staff, Quality Engineers, Sales Executives, and other technical and non-technical roles.

· Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

· Conduct initial HR screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.

· Coordinate interviews with department heads and hiring managers.

· Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

· Maintain recruitment databases and employee records.

· Handle joining formalities, documentation, and employee induction.

· Support HR administration and employee engagement activities.

Eligibility

. Only female candidate can apply

· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, or a related field.

· 0–1 year of experience in non IT recruitment

· Consultancy Recruiter are welcome.

· Experience in hiring engineering and technical profiles will be an added advantage.

· Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment portals.

Salary & Benefits

· Salary: ₹15,000 per month (for fresher) / up to 17k in hand ( for experience)

Working Hours

· Shift Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

· Weekly Off: Sunday
