HR रिकरूटर

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to hire candidates for Collection & Recovery (NBFC) processes. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidates for timely hiring.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp, and employee referrals.

• Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

• Schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Hire telecallers, collection executives, supervisors, team leaders, and other collection staff.

• Coordinate candidate documentation and onboarding.

• Follow up with selected candidates until they join.

• Maintain daily recruitment reports and hiring records.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets.

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Eligibility

• Graduate/12th Pass

• 6 months to 2+ years of recruitment experience (Collection/BPO/NBFC hiring preferred).

• Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.Fixed Salary (As per experience)

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday
