Metamorf Infotech Private Limited is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong experience in Pan India and International Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment and build diverse talent pipelines across multiple geographies.

🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
✅ Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle – Sourcing → Screening → Interview Coordination → Offer → Onboarding
✅ Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements across India and international markets
✅ Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels
✅ Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future requirements
✅ Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
✅ Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives
✅ Maintain recruitment trackers, metrics, reports, and documentation
✅ Effectively manage multiple open positions across different locations and functions

🎯 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
✔ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field
✔ 3–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
✔ Proven experience in Pan India & International Hiring
✔ Strong knowledge of ATS, sourcing tools, job portals & LinkedIn recruitment
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills
✔ Ability to handle multiple requisitions across geographies
✔ Proactive, organized, and target-driven approach
