Role Overview:
Megaaudio is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for both corporate and manufacturing roles. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates while ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process aligned with business needs.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements for departments such as Production, Quality, Sales, Accounts, and Admin.
Source candidates through platforms like Naukri.com, LinkedIn, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews/telephonic rounds.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Handle bulk hiring for shop-floor and operational roles as per production requirements.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers (Excel/ATS) for pipeline management.
Manage offer roll-outs, salary discussions, and negotiation with candidates.
Ensure high offer-to-joining ratio through consistent follow-ups.
Coordinate with candidates for documentation and onboarding formalities.
Build a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support HR team in administrative tasks and employee engagement activities when required.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes
MS Excel and data management skills
Negotiation and stakeholder management
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously
Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
0–3 years of experience in recruitment (Manufacturing/Automotive preferred)
