Job Title: Non-IT Recruiter
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-technical positions. The recruiter will source candidates, conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews, and work closely with hiring managers to close positions within the required timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand hiring requirements and prepare candidate sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Assess candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and support candidates through the joining process.
Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Maintain recruitment reports and provide regular hiring updates.
Preferred Experience:
1–4 years of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Experience hiring for sales, customer service, BPO, operations, finance, HR, administration, retail, or other non-IT roles.
