Location: Bawana, Delhi
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for a manufacturing company based in Bawana. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and follow-ups
Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in non-IT hiring (preferred)
