Role - HR Recruiter

Exp - 2 to 5 Years

Location - Velachery, Chennai

Job Description:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding job requirements to offer closure.

• Source candidates through job portals, Naukri, referrals, and social media.

• Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates based on skill, culture fit, and experience.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.

• Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment dashboards.

• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates.

• Handle salary negotiations and offer rollouts.

• Ensure a smooth onboarding process in collaboration with HR Operations.

• Maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

• Stay updated on market trends and hiring best practices.

📋 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).

• 2–5 years of experience in recruitment (agency or corporate).

• Strong knowledge of Non-IT/IT hiring, depending on business needs.

• Experience using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines simultaneously.

• Strong sense of ownership, ethics, and confidentiality.

💡 Preferred Skills

• Experience in mass hiring / campus recruitment / lateral hiring.

• Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

• Exposure to HR analytics or recruitment metrics.

• Understanding of employer branding and candidate engagement.
