We do have Excellent openings for HR Recruiter.
Location : Velachery.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Non-IT Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various departments, ensuring timely and quality hires.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand the hiring requirements for various non-IT roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts and onboarding.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven work experience as a Non-IT Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and deliver within deadlines.
Experience in bulk or volume hiring is a plus (if applicable).
