Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT roles-sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate and follow up on payment processes; update payment status and assist customers with queries.
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, databases, and reports.
• Conduct telephonic screenings to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure timely position closures.
• Support on-boarding by collecting and verifying required documents.
• Maintain professional communication and confidentiality throughout the hiring process.
• Open to travel for official company trips (Domestic & International).
Required Skills:
• Strong documentation and data management skills.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
