About the Role

M S SERVICES is looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our HR Recruitment team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates for various job openings.

Key Responsibilities

Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, and other recruitment channels.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates as per job requirements.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/companies.

Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and selection status.

Understand client requirements and work on relevant job openings.

Achieve recruitment targets within the given timelines.

Maintain professional communication with candidates and clients.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and computer applications.

Ability to communicate confidently with candidates.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.

Eligibility

Fresher: Candidates interested in starting a career in HR/Recruitment can apply.

Experienced: Candidates with prior experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, or talent acquisition are preferred.
