Job Summary

M S Services is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with clients and hiring managers to fulfill manpower requirements. Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct telephonic and preliminary interviews.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

• Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of recruitment and hiring processes.

• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

• Good negotiation and convincing skills.

• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email Communication.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.

• MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Freshers to 3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR.
